A flat rate of $14.95 applies for all orders with standard shipping across Australia. Standard shipping takes around 3-5 business days to arrive, depending on your location.
We also offer express shipping for $20.95, which typically takes 1-2 business days to arrive. Express shipping is only available for metro areas and some regional areas. Please check the Australia Post website to see if your postcode is eligible for express shipping.
We ship our orders using Australia Post or other reputable couriers. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to track your order on the Australia Post website or the courier’s website.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, during peak periods or sales, there may be some delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
