We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. If you request an exchange, we will send you the new item as soon as possible.
