Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it to us within 10 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached and be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hardyardsco.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Please note that you are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items during transit.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. If you request an exchange, we will send you the new item as soon as possible.
